The program is segmented into 10 minute mini-workouts, each one targeted on a specific muscle group – so you can do what’s appropriate for your schedule andyour body each day! It’s never been easier to focus on your own unique problemareas AND fit a workout into your day.
The workout begins with ‘Upper Body Sculpt’. You’ll see definition and results in no time. Next is ‘Lower Body Sculpt’, which works the buns, thighs, and hips – all those trouble spots that are so hard to get at, followed ‘6-Pack Abs’, where you’ll use unique and super effective standing and mat exercises to carve out that mid-section you’ve always dreamed of. The ‘Calorie Killer’ workout provides the fat burning element needed to really showcase the muscles you’ve toned. You’ll finish with ‘Stretch and Sculpt’ to lengthen,tone and relax your entire body.
Workout can be done with or without 3-5 lb hand weights.
